Creating social media reports can take a lot of time, so I started using ChatGPT and Gamma AI to make the process faster. Here’s how you can do it too.

Step 1: Prepare your data
Make a simple sheet with all your social media posts listed. Add details like caption, date, performance, and anything else you can collect. This will be your main data source.

Step 2: Add some context
Create or find a short document that explains your campaign goal. For example, a client brief or something that says what you were trying to achieve with your posts.

Step 3: Use the prompt
There’s a prompt made by Kai_ThoughtArchitect on Reddit that analyzes your social media data in four levels. The more levels you go, the deeper it gets.

  • Paste the prompt in ChatGPT.

  • Then upload your two documents (the sheet and the brief).

  • Wait for the level 1 result, then continue to level 2 and 3.

  • You can also ask GPT questions like “what kind of content performs best” or “what’s my top-performing caption type.”

Step 4: Turn it into a report
After you get your analysis, ask GPT to make it into a 10-slide PowerPoint report. Then copy that text and paste it in Gamma AI.

In Gamma AI, choose how you want the presentation to look — color, theme, layout, etc. Once done, you can export it to Google Slides or import it into Canva if you want to edit it more.

This workflow not only saves time but also helps you create structured reports you can easily show clients or team members. You can use the same process for research, documentation, or presentation projects too.
