Challenge & Solution
Situation
Production quality was inconsistent β audio noise issues, color mismatches, and frequent spelling errors during editing.
Complication
The studio didnβt have a fixed set. Lights and cameras were rearranged for every shoot, and multiple camera brands led to mismatched colors and tones.
Questions Raised
How much time will it take to get new cameras?
Can we fix color differences through camera settings?
Should we hire a new editor?
Should we turn off the AC to reduce noise?
Solutions Implemented
Hired a professional colorist to ensure consistent tone across episodes.
Adjusted microphone positioning and reduced sensitivity to minimize noise.
Developed SOPs for production and post-production to maintain quality.
Hired a skilled editor with strong color and audio balancing expertise.
Outcome
Achieved visual and audio consistency across episodes, improved workflow efficiency, and established a repeatable system for future productions.
